Questions, answered

How long will delivery take?

2–4 working days to metro cities, 4–6 days to most other cities, and up to 9 days to remote pin codes. You get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your parcel is picked up.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, on most pin codes for orders up to ₹5,000. COD carries a flat ₹99 handling charge. Checkout will tell you if your address isn't serviceable.

What if I don't like the product?

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Unused, in the original packaging. We arrange a courier pickup from your address — you don't need to go anywhere.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. No arguments.

Is there a warranty?

Electronics carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, handled directly by us. Wear and tear, water damage and accidental damage aren't covered.
