How we ship
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day.
Delivery times
These are typical transit times after dispatch, not guarantees — monsoon, festivals and regional disruptions can add a day or two.
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 working days
- Tier 2 and 3 cities: 4–6 working days
- Remote and North-East pin codes: 6–9 working days
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹799
- ₹69 flat on prepaid orders below ₹799
- ₹99 flat on Cash on Delivery orders, any value
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 across serviceable pin codes. We may call or send an SMS to confirm a COD order before dispatch — if we can't reach you within 48 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
Tracking
You'll get an SMS and email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is picked up. Tracking usually starts updating within 12 hours of dispatch.
Failed deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund on prepaid orders.
